Thjnk Zurich and Swiss Post: Unconventional robot for My Post 24
Swiss Post is promoting its My Post 24 service with a new campaign by Thjnk Zurich. The campaign centers on a surprisingly quirky robot vacuum that has to be returned right away—fortunately, this can be done around the clock thanks to My Post 24 kiosks.

According to Swiss Post, the volume of parcel post is constantly increasing. And with it, customer demand for convenient and flexible receipt and dispatch options. With the My Post 24 terminals, Swiss Post offers a customer-oriented service that allows customers to collect and post parcels around the clock. In this way, Swiss Post enables simple parcel handling regardless of opening hours and at the same time demonstrates its new positioning as a reliable facilitator.
The brand promise in everyday life
After the Advent film, Thjnk Zurich is now following up with the second commercial and tells the brand promise "Swiss Post makes it possible." in everyday life. The spot focuses on a young woman who has ordered a new robot vacuum cleaner online. However, the appliance quickly turns out to be surprisingly headstrong. It's a good thing that she can return it straight away at night thanks to the My Post 24 machine.
The campaign can be seen on TV, online, on social media and on DOOH surfaces at highly frequented locations and directly on the screens of the My Post 24 vending machines.
