Why PAM is apologizing with a poster campaign
The Zurich-based agency PAM has come up with an original move: With colorful posters in Zurich and Bern, the agency is publicly apologizing for failing to send out Christmas cards. The campaign is part of a series of out-of-home campaigns that PAM regularly runs on its own behalf.

Since the beginning of the year, various colorful posters from the PAM agency have been on display in Zurich and Bern, on which the agency apologizes. "Once again, we have foregone the annual Christmas card mailing and are therefore asking for a little forbearance," says Miro Pfister, Co-Founder and Creative Director of PAM. The motif has already generated initial positive reactions and smiles.
The campaign is part of a series of out-of-home advertisements that the agency has been running on its own behalf. An advertisement featuring Hausi Leutenegger is also currently on display. The unconventional approach shows how PAM draws attention to itself with self-irony and creativity.
