Team Farner stages TCS roadside assistance campaign with the Turrini family
Just in time for the start of the cold season, the TCS is promoting its roadside assistance with a wide-ranging campaign. Team Farner is orchestrating awareness-raising and transactional measures at the House of Impact to create a high-impact, large-scale campaign. Once again, the likable Turrini family isn’t spared from breakdowns and, in a charmingly staged way, demonstrates what the 200 TCS patrol officers do throughout Switzerland.
The best roadside assistance in Switzerland is quickly on the scene and guarantees that you can get on the road thanks to competent roadside assistants and helpful services. The new TCS campaign communicates this by encouraging the viewer to put themselves in an emergency situation. In this way, it builds personal relevance and positions TCS as a reliable and human partner rather than a simple service provider. When it counts: TCS breakdown assistance.
The likeable Turrini family is not spared from mishaps this time either - charmingly staged in OLV clips and D/OOH subjects and rolled out on a broad scale, they form the awareness umbrella. In addition, a radio spot and several social clips reinforce the messaging. They highlight the expertise of the 200 TCS patrol officers, who are quickly on site throughout Switzerland and, in most cases, repair breakdowns directly on site - without towing.
In-house production with Jim & Jim
The clips were produced in-house with the Jim & Jim | Team Farner production team and are used on CTV, programmatically and on YouTube in addition to social media. The core element at transactional level is direct mailing. Coordinated with the campaign's messaging, it accentuates the all-round protection of TCS breakdown assistance using the tried-and-tested dialog principle and cleverly placed behavioral triggers.
