D2C Summit 2026: Swiss e-commerce expertise at the KKL Lucerne

Switzerland's first D2C Summit opens its doors at the KKL Lucerne on March 20, 2026. The conference is positioning itself as the central platform for the Swiss direct-to-consumer and e-commerce industry.
The program includes keynotes and interactive panel discussions as well as masterclasses in compact 45-minute sessions. Brands and service providers will present exclusive insights and concrete solutions for the D2C sector.
The confirmed speakers include well-known personalities such as Johannes Kliesch, founder of Snocks, Nicholas Hänny, CEO of Nikin, Simon Bertschinger, Head of E-Commerce at namuk, and Catarina Dahlin, founder and co-CEO of Dagsmejan. They all bring valuable insights from their D2C experience.

The spacious foyer of the KKL will be the heart of the exchange with special networking slots and catering. The conference day will conclude with an after-party for a relaxed finale.
