adsfigures for fsp: Campaign for mental health relies on open words
A clear message, wide reach: The Federation of Swiss Women Psychologists (fsp) has launched this year’s mental health awareness campaign and relied on the digital expertise of adsfigures.
The aim of the campaign is to lower inhibitions and normalize the conversation about mental stress. Between September 1 and 21, 2025, 5.5 million impressions on YouTube and over 42 million display impressions have already been achieved, which together means more than 31,600 clicks. The campaign is still running and has a strong focus on encouraging people to seek help - without shame, with courage and respect.
"Mental health affects everyone"
At its heart is a consistent message: mental health affects everyone. In a world that is becoming ever faster, many suffer from a loss of orientation until they find support. The multimedia, multilingual campaign combines empathy in the wording with data-based performance in the playout. YouTube, programmatic display, digital out-of-home and social media on Facebook and Instagram were used, among others. Retargeting mechanisms in particular bring interested parties back into contact with the messages and increase visibility in everyday life.
Reduce inhibitions, encourage courage
Dr. Muriel Brinkrolf, Director of the fsp, emphasizes: "Mental health is not a marginal issue. Anyone and everyone can be affected - personally or in their immediate environment. With this campaign, we wanted to encourage people to look and speak up."
"Behind every impression is a person and a story, explains Alessandro Graf, CBDO at adsfigures: "Our job is to translate reach into real touchpoints - respectfully, data-driven and effectively."
As a national organization, the fsp is committed to mental health and the visibility of psychological expertise. The focus is on continuous education, empowerment and awareness-raising for an open approach to mental health challenges.
