Major Swiss media companies launch joint booking platform OneDSP

With OneDSP, the Swiss media companies TX Group, Ringier, NZZ, and CH Media are launching a programmatic booking platform designed to combine data protection, efficiency, and transparency. The goal is to keep more advertising revenue within the country.

OneDSP bundles the premium inventory of over 40 media brands such as 20 Minuten, Blick and NZZ. Advertisers thus reach four million unique users, one and a half million of whom can be addressed directly and without overlap thanks to the Swiss ID solution OneID. This solution guarantees data protection and full control over user data. The aim is to protect Swiss advertising money from being diverted to foreign platforms.

According to studies, media consumption in Switzerland is increasingly shifting to digital, while advertising budgets are migrating abroad. Quality, reach and credibility remain crucial. Traditional media demonstrably offer greater advertising recall and a trustworthy environment. The new platform focuses on these values.

In technical terms, OneDSP relies on Adform infrastructure, the Publisher Audience Platform and clean room solutions from Decentriq. The platform is available to agencies and direct customers, either self-service or via partner agencies. The integration of OneID enables cookieless targeting with first-party data, 100% compliant with GDPR and Swiss data protection law. Users gain efficiency, brand safety and control over advertising and data that remains in Switzerland.

Industry giants such as Silvano Oeschger, CEO of OneLog, and Vanessa Habisreutinger from Sir Mary Media praise OneDSP as an independent, transparent alternative. The platform offers low technology costs, first-class advertising environments and is constantly being developed further.
