Top 3 Star Hotels launch junior staff program "Passion Hotel X Career"
To mark their 10th anniversary, the 23 top 3-star hotels are investing in the future of the hospitality industry. Through the «Passion Hotel X Career» project, they are giving young talents an authentic look into everyday hotel life. Those interested will receive a stay that includes meals and will spend a day with a hotel manager.
The Top 3 Star Hotels of Switzerland are celebrating their 10th anniversary and sending a strong signal for the future of the industry. With the innovative "Passion Hotel X Career" project, the 23 member hotels are opening their doors to young professionals. School leavers, students and career changers are given the opportunity to gain an authentic insight into the hotel industry.
What makes it special: Those interested spend an entire working day side by side with the hotelier. They gain an insight into the various areas of the hotel - from the kitchen and service to reception and housekeeping. This also includes an overnight stay including dinner and breakfast for two people.

The hotel group has set itself the goal of increasing its brand awareness and gaining new members for the years 2025-2030. The hotels already impress with their modern infrastructure and above-average service. The majority of the hotels are owner-managed and are spread throughout Switzerland - from the mountains to the Central Plateau and the cities.
