Irene Fischbach new member of the HarbourClub board
The HarbourClub has appointed Irene Fischbach, Head of Corporate Communications at die Mobiliar, to its board of directors. She succeeds Salome Ramseier and brings extensive leadership experience from the insurance and energy sectors.

With the departure of Salome Ramseier, who will take over as Head of Corporate Communications at the Bühler Group in the fall, the HarbourClub Board of Directors has arranged a successor: Irene Fischbach, Head of Corporate Communications at Mobiliar, has been appointed to the board. The final election by the General Assembly is scheduled for spring 2026, and she has already taken up her position on the Board.
HarbourClub President Hans-Peter Nehmer paid tribute to Ramseier's many years of commitment: "We would like to thank Salome Ramseier warmly for her eight years of valuable work on the Board. With her impulses, she has contributed to the further development of the club." At the same time, he emphasizes the added value that the new board member brings with her: "With Irene Fischbach, we have been able to gain a proven communications expert. Her many years of experience in well-known companies in the insurance and energy sectors, as well as her work in Singapore, will provide us with valuable impetus for the further development of the club."
Irene Fischbach can look back on a broad communications career. Before joining Swiss Mobiliar, she was responsible for communications at the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) in Singapore, managed corporate communications at Swissgrid and was responsible for various communications and marketing tasks at Swiss Life. She studied law at the Universities of Geneva and Zurich and supplemented her education with an Executive Master in Communications Management from USI and a Master in Public Administration from the National University of Singapore.
The Board of the HarbourClub is now composed as follows: Hans-Peter Nehmer (Chairman), Allianz Suisse; Roland Bischofberger, Siemens; Edi Estermann, SRG; Irene Fischbach, Mobiliar; Myriam Käser, Swisscom; and Roman Sidler, Geberit.
