Regula Bührer Fecker leaves Farner l Team Farner
After nearly two decades of influential work, Regula Bührer Fecker, Chief Strategy Officer and co-founder of Rod Kommunikation, is leaving Farner l Team Farner. Her decision marks a new chapter in her career and the end of a defining era in the Swiss advertising landscape.

Regula Bührer Fecker, Chief Strategy Officer at Farner l Team Farner, has decided to take a new direction and relinquish her position and mandates on the Boards of Directors of Team Farner Switzerland and Rod Kommunikation. This step comes after almost two decades in which she has played a decisive role in shaping both Rod Kommunikation and the strategic development of Farner l Team Farner.
Bührer Fecker, the "Advertiser of the Year" in 2010 and 2014, founded the Rod Kommunikation agency 17 years ago with two partners, which quickly established itself as a major player in the Swiss creative industry. Her talent for innovative campaigns and strategic consulting not only shaped Rod, but also the industry itself. With the merger of Rod and Farner l Team Farner in 2019, she took over the strategic management of the agency group and drove forward its national and international networking. Under her leadership, Farner l Team Farner has developed into a player that combines strategy, branding, marketing and public affairs in a unique way.
"It has been an extraordinary journey - from the founding of Rod to the further development of Farner," summarizes Bührer Fecker. "After intensive years, now is the right time for me to open a new chapter. I'm looking forward to the challenges ahead."
The management of Farner l Team Farner regrets this loss and thanks Bührer Fecker for her commitment. Michel Grunder, Co-CEO of Farner l Team Farner, describes her as an inspiring strategist and loyal sparring partner: "Regula Bührer Fecker enriched us enormously with her analytical acumen and her extensive network. With her humanity and vision, she has left a lasting mark on the company." She will continue to support the team until January 2025 and ensure a smooth transition.
