Art.I.shock for EKZ: What electricity and strawberries have in common
In a campaign by EKZ, Post Advertising and Art.I.schock are using emails to target people interested in sustainable energy—and comparing electricity to strawberries.

The focus is on private households in the EKZ supply area, particularly singles, couples and families with an interest in sustainable energy. The campaign will run throughout June with planned e-mail mailings at the beginning of June, a first reminder in mid-June and a second reminder including a simultaneous postcard mailing at the end of June.
The central idea behind the campaign, which already worked well last year, is to give consumers the opportunity to improve their electricity consumption ecologically, similar to the way they can choose between organic and conventional products when shopping. The main image of the campaign is a strawberry, complemented by a carrot - both marked with the EKZ Naturstrom label.
