Schroten has everything a new district needs
The «Zwhatt» neighborhood is taking shape at the Regensdorf train station. The Zurich-based agency Schroten is handling communications for this large-scale construction project.
The municipality of Regensdorf on Zurich's Katzensee is being transformed. The "Zwhatt" quarter with 620 apartments and around 15,000 square meters of commercial space, with stores, meeting rooms, a cinema, a sauna - but above all with a clear vision: an urban building block is to be created here in a rural setting that meets the latest requirements in terms of living together.
Schroten was entrusted with the task of communicating this grand vision and creating content around the phased creation of Zwhatt. The agency, together with the designers from Bivgrafik and the Grip agency the core team of the multi-year Zwhatt communication.
For this purpose, the website Zwhatt.ch an extensive story hub with magazine content that is gradually being distributed digitally. At the same time, Schroten developed the overall tonality as well as the new claim "Stadt, Land, Leben.", accompanied a national study on housing for Pensimo and, together with the production company Mattogrosso and photographer Désirée Good, is responsible for the creation of a wide range of film and image material. The first apartments will be ready for occupancy from May this year.
