JK Development acquires Itconnections
Following the acquisition of Marketingpoint, JK Development—a company active in the B2B telemarketing sector—is now integrating Itconnections and all of its employees.
JK Development, Swiss provider of B2B telemarketing, integrates the operational business of Itconnections. With this, JK Development aims to further expand databases and services in the DACH region; including self-developed software, the technology and the acquisition of the customer base. All Itconnections employees will also be taken over.
JK Development was founded in 2012. The company currently employs 150 people and is now active throughout the DACH region. The consolidation of the address databases results in what the company claims is the largest database of job titles in Switzerland. They contain more than 1 million complete addresses of companies from Switzerland, more than 6 million from Germany and over 600,000 from Austria - naturally in compliance with data protection laws.
Itconnections GmbH from Frauenfeld has been operating as a brand of JK Development Holding AG since July 1, 2023.
