Galledia acquires Swiss calendar publisher Calendaria
Galledia is acquiring 100 percent of the share capital of Calendaria AG from Athesia Druck GmbH, which is headquartered in Bolzano, Italy, retroactive to January 1, 2023. The Swiss calendar publisher employs approximately 30 people in Immensee, Schwyz.
Calendaria is the largest, nationwide leading calendar publisher. The specialist publisher from central Switzerland has been developing, producing and distributing calendars, posters, card sets and games since 1917, focusing on the highest quality. The company says it is the market leader and has more than 5,000 photos and illustrations in its own image database. Calendaria operates a self-sufficient production facility at its site in Immensee and delivers its calendars worldwide.
