Commission calls on Federal Council to launch ADHD prevention campaign

The Federal Council is urged to launch a nationwide prevention campaign on ADHD. This is the call made by the National Council's Committee on Science, Education, and Culture (WBK-N), which has sent a letter to that effect to the federal government.

In the eyes of the commission, it is necessary to raise awareness of ADHD among the various actors and to expand their cooperation, the parliamentary services wrote on Friday. With the letter, the WBK-N unanimously asks the Federal Council to launch a campaign.

According to the communication, the commission wants to provide more documentation for professionals. However, it is also interested in expanding support services in the area of prevention and in improving the coordination and networking of the various players. (SDA)
