Goldbach Group takes over Adunit from Swisscom
Goldbach and Swisscom have agreed on a takeover of Adunit, a subsidiary of the telecommunications provider, at the beginning of the new year.
Adunit, which belongs to Swisscom's Digital Business Unit, will become part of Goldbach's Digital Unit at the beginning of 2023. The team and its self-service solution for SMEs, agencies and publishers are the "optimal complement for Goldbach in its digital transformation," a statement said. In particular, it will accelerate the development and expansion of a simple, cross-media booking platform for Swiss quality advertising inventory.
The adunit was created by Swisscom in 2017, with 13 employees transferring to Goldbach.
