Charles Mariauzouls becomes Head of People & Culture at Apostroph Group
Apostroph’s strong growth in Switzerland requires adapted structures and targeted culture and skills management. To support this initiative, the language services provider is creating the new position of «Head of People & Culture» and bringing Charles Mariauzouls on board.
The language services company Apostroph Group, with Swiss locations in Bern, Lausanne, Lucerne, Mendrisio and Zurich, has seen significant development in recent years. This is also reflected in growing teams at the five locations mentioned. With Charles Mariauzouls, the employees now have an experienced HR manager at their side as Head of People and Culture.
Mariauzouls is a trained businessman and holds a doctorate in psychology. He looks back on a 25-year career in human resources. His professional stations include Zurich Insurance Group, PwC Switzerland, Scor Reinsurance, Finma and EFG Group.
"We want to further expand our human resources management. The focus is on employees and their development in a growing company. In addition to perceptive HR processes, this also includes consistent knowledge management and individual employee development," explains Philipp Meier, Managing Partner & Group CEO of Apostroph. In addition, the corporate culture is to be actively cultivated and cohesion is to be further strengthened through appropriate activities.
