41 cases can hope for an Effie Award in 2022
The 50 jurors of Jury 1, led by Jury President Peter Felser and the five jury chairs (Anne Muhl, Katrin Schmid, Urs Krucker, Gordon Nemitz, and Simon Rehsche), have completed the first round of judging: 41 cases out of 88 submitted entries made it onto the shortlist.
In the first round of judging, each of the 50 jury members judged their assigned cases in a live session, sending 41 campaigns to the 2nd round of judging and into the running for an Effie Award 2022. The judging was based on Effie International's globally recognized scoring system.

Which submission wins bronze, silver or gold will be decided by Jury 2, which will meet on September 8, 2022.
On November 10, this year's winners will be celebrated at the Effie Gala in Kaufleuten. Gold, silver and bronze will be awarded in a possible 22 categories. The Gold winners will automatically qualify for the possible Grand Effie. The Grand Jury will decide this immediately before the gala and announce the winner exclusively at the gala.
An evening dedicated to effective brand communication. At the awards ceremony, decision-makers from companies, agencies and the media will see which campaigns have best achieved their goals in the past year.
