Lindt & Sprüngli has the best brand reputation in Switzerland
Lindt & Sprüngli is the brand with the best reputation in this country. This is shown by the new Brand Reputation Study conducted by the Italian company RepTrak.
The figures published in the latest issue of the business magazine Balance measures the reputation of 5,000 companies and brands around the world. In this country, the reputation king is Migros, which has no less than 6 of the top 50 brands, from Chocolat Frey to Micarna. The big banks did not make it into the top 50, but there are many retailers, food manufacturers and watch brands.
The reputation value is made up of seven individual parameters: products, innovation, company performance, leadership culture, social responsibility, corporate governance and reputation as an employer. "The trend in brand and corporate reputation is clear: leadership culture and social commitment are having an ever greater impact on reputation," says Markus Gut of the Farner Consulting agency, which commissioned the study for Switzerland. "At the same time, the importance of products and services for reputation is stagnating at the same level."
