When is the red line crossed?
Where would you draw the line? The organization #TimeTo fights sexual harassment in the British advertising and marketing industry. Its latest ad addresses the issue of Christmas parties.

Where do you draw the red line? Where does sexual harassment begin? How long do you smile away an unpleasant situation? Is it just part of the game? Do you react at all, or do you feel so taken by surprise or perplexed that you are powerlessly passive? Do you intervene when you witness it? When do you intervene?
The British communications industry has a problem. 26 percent of all employees in the advertising and marketing industry have already been sexually harassed during working hours. 72 percent of them more than once. 30 percent have witnessed harassment. 83 percent of those harassed have not reported the experience.
The industry has therefore launched the NGO #TimeTo. Time to fight back. Time to say stop. Time to intervene when you witness. Time to make a report.
The NGO includes around 225 agencies and companies from the industry. They are committed to providing a Code of Donduct comply. The Timeto.org.uk website provides information and encourages people to take action. In addition, campaigns raise awareness of the issue. The current issue is the Christmas party. A commercial highlights the problem. Posters can be printed out to encourage people to think about the issue.
