Great Garbo makes it to the final five at the World Soundtrack Awards

A major success for the Baldenweg siblings, also known as Great Garbo: The Swiss film and advertising musicians have made it to the top five in the «Public Choice» category at the prestigious World Soundtrack Awards.

Already in July reported Werbewoche.chthat the IFMCA (International Film Music Critics Association) included the "Zwingli" soundtrack on the 49 soundtracks list. Shortlist has set for the Public Choice Award. Great Garbo received a lot of votes: On the high-caliber list peppered with numerous blockbusters, the Zurich-based producer trio beat out the competition to make it to the final five finalists with the "Zwingli" soundtrack.

Together with the other finalists - Khaled Mouzanar with "Capernaum," Pinar Toprak with "Captain Marvel," John Powell with "How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World" and Matthieu Lamboley with his music for "Minuscules: Les Mandibules Du Bout Du Monde" - Diego, Nora and Lionel Baldenweg will travel to Belgium in mid-October to attend the World Soundtrack Awards and find out the overall winner of the Public Choice Awards at the gala. The World Soundtrack Awards will be presented on October 18, 2019 at Film Fest Ghent.
