House to win - so that you finally live in the delivery perimeter

Jimmy John's delivers sandwiches—but only within a limited radius. To ensure that everyone still has a chance to receive a fresh delivery, the company is giving away free sandwiches to households within delivery range.

Five minutes away from the store that produces the sandwich to be delivered, households may lie if they want to enjoy Jimmy John's in their own homes. In February, the company became the first major restaurant chain to announce it would completely forgo third-party delivery providers, such as Uber Eats, and would not take sovereignty over sandwich freshness out of its own hands. While the third-party food delivery market is booming, it's also causing trouble. In the USA, for example, 35 percent of all customers confirm that they have already had a bad experience. Seventy-six percent blame the restaurant, which hands over the goods to the supplier, for poor quality or other errors on arrival. This threatens to damage the image of Jimmy John's, which the company does not want to risk.

Understandably, that suits customers who live outside the five-minute limit less. A new campaign, created by the agency WorkInProgress, shows how the excluded can use any means to get into the circle of the chosen ones. But Jimmy John's has an even simpler solution in store: a house near the store is being given away. Value: maximum 250,000 dollars. No fake facade, four real walls.
