Partner & Partner and SVA clear up prejudices
The agency Partner & Partner, in collaboration with the Zurich Social Insurance Office, has launched an employer branding campaign aimed at dispelling stereotypes and making the company more attractive to potential applicants.
Administrative institutions often have to contend with the preconceptions that they are dusty, complicated and cumbersome. With this starting position, it is difficult to present oneself as a modern and attractive employer. The SVA Zurich - the competence center for social insurances - has therefore developed an employer branding campaign together with Partner & Partner, which addresses the aforementioned problem and eliminates the prejudices by means of an image film and seven teasers.
The films were realized in collaboration with the film producers of Who's Mcqueen and - with the exception of the janitor Rolf and the film crew - produced exclusively with employees of the SVA Zurich. The result is a one-shot short film that focuses on the people and their tasks. Rolf the janitor is the main protagonist, who is accompanied by the camera on his round through the SVA building and tells what the company does. The total of seven other teasers each focus on a specific topic and prejudice. The message behind them: "Prejudice hinders career opportunities".
The campaign is launched on various channels and is aimed exclusively at selected target groups - potential applicants.
