Walder,Werber presents new district for Schlieren

Directly at Schlieren train station, 420 apartments and 4,500 square meters of retail, office and commercial space will be built in the new 125,000-square-meter site "amRietpark" by spring 2020.

The agency Walder,Werber was commissioned by CSL Immobilien with the area marketing of the construction project. First, the agency developed the area positioning and built an area identity that is consistently based on the core values "Neighborhood", "Community" and "Innovation". For the tenants, an interactive platform was created that promotes mutual exchange and cross-addressing. In a second step, a marketing communication was created for the future construction stages that can be experienced on various channels and, above all, live on site. Events such as the Limmattaler Wiesn Gaudi or the Fondue Chalet are already being held on the site.

Furthermore, the agency accompanies the marketing of the apartments. In a showroom, the starting signal was given for the first letting, and preparations are currently underway for the Schlierefäscht 2019, which takes place every four years and is actively used for marketing communication. There, the various target groups such as the urban "Couple", the young family, the senior couple or the aspiring start-up, can be made aware of the project.
