Maltech is the Swiss market leader for lifting platform technology and has been taking companies to the top for over 50 years. In addition to the rental of state-of-the-art lifting platforms, the specialists support their customers in the planning and implementation of their operations. Competent service and maintenance work as well as comprehensive training courses round off the wide range of services. Maltech is represented throughout Switzerland with over 120 employees, 28 rental stations, 8 service locations and 8 training centers.

Walder,Werber worked closely with Maltech to develop the brand positioning, create a brand story and completely revamp the visual identity for the successful traditional company. "From a lifting platform rental company to a complete service provider for rental, service and training": this was the basis for the creation of the new, concise image, which was implemented in all applications - from the image campaign to the internet portal with rental configurator and print communication to the brand staging in the space at its 28 locations. The new image strengthens the synergies within the company, which operates throughout Switzerland, and enables efficient, effective brand management across all channels.

In order to sensitize and inspire the entire team for the new path, the rebranding process was accompanied by an employer branding strategy - developed and implemented in co-creation with Maltech's management. The highlight: the big employee event in Bern as a "big bang" for the rebranding, including the launch of the Maltech app in the city cinema.
