ANNUAL REPORTS 15 The overall winner of the Swiss annual report rating is Holcim. The company not only made it into the top twelve of the year at the first attempt, but also took first place thanks to its completely revamped visual appearance.

The Swiss Annual Report Rating includes the annual reports of all listed companies represented in the SPI. The list is completed with the companies of the 50 companies with the highest turnover, the 15 insurance companies with the highest premium volume and the 25 banks with the highest balance sheet total and comprises more than 200 companies. This sample was evaluated successively by three juries. First, by the jury of the Institute for Banking and Finance (Value Reporting) of the University of Zurich; second, by a design jury headed by Jonas Voegeli of the Zurich University of the Arts. Afterwards, a final jury headed by HarbourClub board member Hans-Peter Nehmer evaluated the 12 best online presences and annual reports of the year selected by the preliminary juries. Hans-Peter Nehmer: "All companies in the top group are united by the will to constantly improve. Their genuineness can be demonstrated on four levels. In the language, in the way the business model is presented, in the design and in the intelligent technology. The question is not print or online, but whether the channels are used in a contemporary way. "The Swiss Annual Report Rating is carried out annually by HarbourClub.
