Hospital communication

COMMUNICATION The Zurich-based start-up Healthinar is committed to digital communication in hospitals and is therefore organizing a platform for knowledge exchange with panel discussions. Why does a hospital need a Twitter account? What happens when negative comments about a hospital appear on Facebook? The founders of Healthinar, Sunjoy Mathieu and Maurice Codourey, want to get to the bottom of these questions and have therefore organized a panel discussion on 11 June at 6.30 p.m. in the EB Züricht auditorium, where professionals and those interested in the healthcare sector will come together. In the first round, Healthinar will welcome social media experts Andrea Heiniger from the University Hospital Zurich, Stefan Lienhard from the Hirslanden Private Hospital Group, Renate Good from Bülach Hospital and Patrick Jola from the Forel Clinic. Fact snacks explain the concept and goals of hospitals in social media such as Facebook and Twitter to the audience. The subsequent round of discussions with the direct involvement of the audience aims to create a friction surface without "right or wrong", but rather introduces the guests to four different hospitals with four approaches. The concluding aperitif offers additional opportunities for questions and answers.Switzerland and EuropeAround four or five events with a panel are planned each year. Combined with live streams and real-time internet broadcasts, Healthinar's development plan also includes interviews with international healthcare experts and focuses on bilingual knowledge transfer in German and English.
