Brilk, Silk, Pilk, Trilk?
Milk alternatives are in vogue. The Swedish agency Åkestam Holst, commissioned by the milk producer Arla, reminds us that the alternatives are not really alternatives at all.
...at least when it comes to taste. And at least from a milk producer's point of view. Vegans, cow lovers and lactose intolerant people may disagree and be happy to have alternative products. (hae)
