Elena Bernasconi is the new presenter on Radio SRF 1
In August 2018, Elena Bernasconi will join the Radio SRF 1 team of hosts. She will be the new voice of the morning and daytime programming.
Elena Bernasconi was previously a multimedia journalist at the Migros Magazine as well as at TeleZüri. The 39-year-old began her radio career at the former Radio Emme (now Radio Neo 1), then became a presenter at Radio Pilatus and from 2006 was part of the team at Radio 24, where she presented her own lunchtime show "Elena zum z'Mittag". As of August 1, 2018, Elena Bernasconi will now join Radio SRF 1 as a presenter, succeeding Riccarda Trepp, and will be heard in various daily segments.
Elena Bernasconi already identifies with her new employer: "A super mix of music, solid information, likeable voices and topics that appeal - Radio SRF 1 has become my favorite station over the past few years. I particularly like the fact that listeners to Radio SRF 1 are given a lot of time to get involved. I am very much looking forward to this exchange," Bernasconi said in a statement.
