600,000 radios with new digital standard DAB+ sold in 2017
Last year, nearly 600,000 radio sets supporting the DAB+ digital radio standard were sold in this country. One reason for this was that 85 percent of all new vehicles sold today come equipped with it as standard.

According to figures from the Federal Office of Communications (Bakom), there are 3.5 million devices in circulation in Switzerland today. A semi-annual survey conducted by the GfK research institute showed that retailers sold 304,000 devices last year.
In addition, 290,000 vehicles were equipped or retrofitted with a DAB+ device, as Bakom wrote in a statement on Monday. (SDA)
