Boldt starts in August with Matthias Graf in Switzerland
Boldt announced on Thursday that Matthias Graf will become a founding partner of the new international corporate and communications consulting firm, based in Zurich, starting in August 2018.

Boldt focuses primarily on supporting managers in the transformation of organizations and performance. Boldt acts as a holistic consultant at the interface of business and communication strategy. Graf will lead the Culture & Transformation Consulting Business for Boldt and be responsible for the DACH region.
Graf has been CEO of Burson-Marsteller Switzerland for the past five years. The former journalist was previously Global Head of Communications at Ringier and held various international management positions at Google, Dow Chemical, Sony and Deutsche Telekom.
Jeremy Galbraith, Boldt Managing Partner, said in a statement: "Transformation is fundamental to Boldt's offering. Employee engagement and a strong culture are at the heart of any organizational transformation. If your employees are not on board with you, there is little chance of success and growth. Matthias has successfully led culture change and employer branding programs in large organizations and as a consultant. He will also lead our DACH region. We can't wait for him to start in August and build a team in Zurich. Switzerland is home to some of the largest companies in the world and is therefore a key market for Boldt."
Matthias Graf, Boldt Founding Partner: "Organizations that want to be successful today must harmonize three elementary areas: Business strategy/operational execution, culture/employee leadership and a strong identity-creating purpose. There is no doubt that modern transformational leaders share this vision. And they want agile strategy consulting with a holistic view to realize it. That's why I'm delighted to be part of Boldt, as we are pursuing exactly this goal: We want to be inspiring and challenging consultants to succeed together with our clients."
