Guests in the first days include representatives of the Swiss national government, His Serene Highness Hereditary Prince Alois von und zu Liechtenstein, private banker Boris Collardi, as well as former top politician Joschka Fischer and Nobel Prize winner Joseph Stiglitz.

As the first national English-language multimedia business channel, CNN Money Switzerland fills the gap for a Swiss-focused platform and builds a bridge between Switzerland and abroad, according to a statement.

"We take this aspect into account by analyzing topics relevant to Switzerland in depth and illuminating them from both a Swiss and an international perspective," says Editor-in-Chief Urs Gredig, summarizing CNN Money Switzerland's approach.

The video content will also be shared across social networks and the CNNMoney.ch website. "By continuously playing out our video content on all our platforms, we are leveraging our core competency as content producers and meeting the increased need for on-demand digital content," says Christophe Rasch, founder and CEO of CNN Money Switzerland.
