The Publicis Group reorganizes planning with Lucas Conte at the helm
Planning at Publicis is being restructured and will be strengthened several times this year. The department is headed by Head of Planning Lucas Conte, who started on January 3.

The 37-year-old Austrian started his career as a copywriter at DDB Tribal in Vienna and DDB in Berlin before deciding to switch to strategy. His stations as a strategist were DDB, Saatchi & Saatchi in London, Geneva and Milan as well as Leo Burnett Milan. Most recently, Conte spent three years as Head of Planning at Saatchi & Saatchi Italy, where he worked for brands such as Heineken, P&G, Toyota and Carrefour and won numerous awards.
Publicis CEO Thomas Wildberger is delighted to have been able to bring Lucas Conte, an international and experienced employee, to Switzerland - especially as the planning department in Milan is considered one of the strongest in the Publicis network. The same principle is now to be applied at Stadelhofen, i.e. in the sense of "Power of One" across agencies and according to the latest standards. This means that further strategists with different areas of expertise will be joining the Publicis Group in the coming weeks and months.
