Invisible scars

The message of this campaign really sticks in your head—hopefully.

The subjects that the New York agency Gyro created for the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation pro bono are disturbing - and that's why you'd rather not see them at all. Speaking of not wanting to see them at all: Children who experience domestic violence can tell you a thing or two about it.

The Joe Torre Foundation has dedicated itself to the fight against this very violence and is committed to helping children who suffer as a result. They carry the invisible scars with them for the rest of their lives and often pass on the inglorious behavior to their own children later on. The foundation wants to break this vicious circle. With the campaign, the message of which can be understood immediately and which will hopefully make one or two perpetrators think twice. Explicit and well-crafted. (hae)
