Schulverlag Plus: Bernhard Kobel becomes new managing director
Bernhard Kobel will take over the management of the teaching materials publisher Schulverlag Plus on January 1, 2018. The 57-year-old brings a wealth of experience from printing and publishing companies, where he has held management positions, to his new role.
Most recently, he was a member of the Executive Board at Stämpfli, Bern, for several years, where he was also responsible for digital projects. With his profound experience and entrepreneurial leadership qualities, he has the tools to further develop the digitalization of teaching materials and sales as requested by the Board of Directors and to lead the company into the digital future, according to the press release. "Thanks to his wealth of experience in change situations and his strong customer focus, Bernhard Kobel will successfully shape the company's future with a motivated management team," said Chairman of the Board of Directors Irene Frei.
