A new kingdom for King Football on the Hardturm site
Calydo developed the visual identity and website for the new Hardturm Areal project, «Ensemble.».
The winners of the investor competition for the Hardturm site were announced in July 2016. The submitted "Ensemble" project, financed by HRS Investment AG and Credit Suisse real estate investment vehicles, envisages two residential and commercial towers as well as a cooperative housing development in addition to an 18,000-seat soccer arena. Thanks to a new website that provides detailed information about the project, interested parties can now find out more.
New residential, leisure and work spaces are to be built on the Hardturm site in a pioneering urban development project that is highly compatible with the neighborhood. At 137 meters each, Zurich's tallest buildings are planned there - for 596 apartments, a restaurant and a daycare center. In addition, a cooperative housing development is being built with 174 apartments, a double kindergarten, and studios and small business premises. Central to the site, however, is the soccer stadium where both of Zurich's city clubs will play.
With the involvement of all project participants (HRS Real Estate, City of Zurich, Credit Suisse and ABZ Cooperative), an expandable website with detailed background information and many images, videos and animations was created. It offers transparent information for the general public and will be continuously expanded in line with the progress of the project. The website can be found at Project-ensemble.ch.
