"Be smart work safe" - accident prevention for young people
CR Kommunikation and Gimber.ch are developing eleven entertaining video clips and a campaign song for «Be smart work safe» to promote greater workplace safety among young people.

The Swiss Federal Coordination Commission for Occupational Safety (EKAS) implements various prevention campaigns for greater safety at work. Since 2010, CR Kommunikation has been responsible for the conception and implementation of the "Safe at work" label. As part of Safe at work, CR Kommunikation developed the youth campaign for more safety at work "Be smart work safe" in 2013 and has been successfully implementing it ever since. As part of the "Be smart work safe" campaign, CR Kommunikation worked with Gimber.ch - specialist for 3D graphics and animation - produced eleven entertaining video clips to convey tips for more occupational safety to young career starters. Among other things, a videogame clip, a Snapchat clip, a fail video, a WhatsApp clip and a commercial were produced for this purpose. The clips speak the language of young people and are available via the campaign website bs-ws.ch as well as via social media, Youtube and in cooperation with youth platforms.
"Jim Tonic" - Song for more occupational safety
In addition to the video clips, CR Kommunikation also worked with musicians Kym and Bab's Cool to produce the campaign song "Jim Tonic," including a cool music video. "Jim Tonic" revolves around the tip "I make my own decisions and don't let anyone influence me." The song can be listened to via Spotify or downloaded via various music platforms such as iTunes or Google Play. The sale of the song serves a good cause: "Be smart work safe" supports the Lift youth project, an integration and prevention program at the interface between elementary school (Sek I) and vocational training (Sek II). All proceeds from the downloads will benefit the project.
Those who think along with you get more out of their free time
For four years now, "Be smart work safe" has been entering into direct dialog with young people via the channels they use. Over 12,000 fans share their work experiences via Facebook and receive valuable information on proper behavior at work. As part of the big "Black Stories" competition last fall, more than 1,600 young people also took an in-depth look at the tips. With these measures, the "Be smart work safe" awareness campaign ensures that occupational safety becomes - and remains - a relevant topic for young people starting their careers. The campaign shows why correct behavior at work means full enjoyment during leisure time.
