Namics restructures management and focuses on full service
Namics is reorganizing its management team: Bernd Schopp becomes the new CEO, Florian Heidecke the new CCO. Jürg Stuker relinquishes the CEO position and moves to the Board of Directors.

Namics appoints a new management team. Bernd Schopp, previously Chief Client Officer, will take over the strategic development of the digital specialist as CEO from July 1. Jürg Stuker, CEO and Partner for many years, is moving to the Board of Directors and will focus on consulting and innovation. Florian Heidecke, previously Client Service Director, succeeds Bernd Schopp as Chief Client Officer and thus becomes part of the Executive Board. With the new management structure, Namics is focusing even more strongly on the dynamics of the market and the continuous expansion of its full-service offering.

Roland Schönholzer, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Namics, explains the change: "If you want to survive change, you can't stand still. This applies to business models as well as management. After more than twelve years with Jürg Stuker at the helm, we have decided on a change of perspective in the company management and have appointed Bernd Schopp as CEO." Schopp's aim is to further expand the full-service offering and market position.
Bernd Schopp started his career at Namics in 2002. Just three years later, he became a partner and later headed the Swiss country organization. As Chief Client Officer, he has been responsible for client development in Germany and Switzerland since 2013. Schopp brings this extensive Namics and market knowledge to the strategic direction and further development of the digital agency. His tasks focus on the further development of the full-service capability, the positioning of Namics as a popular employer and the promotion of the continuously high growth in Germany.
Florian Heidecke becomes new Chief Client Officer
Since 2011, Florian Heidecke has been shaping the acquisition and development of clients, particularly in the German market. In his previous position as Partner and Client Service Director, he primarily looked after clients from the retail sector such as the largest Swiss retail chain Migros and the German Kaufland Group. His core competencies include online strategy, digital business models and process consulting.

Jürg Stuker becomes a member of the Board of Directors
Jürg Stuker shaped Namics through his focus on maximum transparency and mutual respect. A partner in the company since 1999, he took over as CEO in 2004. Under his leadership, Namics developed into one of the leading digital agencies with around 500 employees at six locations in Switzerland, Germany and Serbia. As a member of the Board of Directors and a partner, he will be involved in innovation projects and consulting activities for clients in response to the fast-moving market.
