Ruf Lanz for the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich: Classical listening pleasure new in the West
The Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich is temporarily relocating. Ruf Lanz communicates the new location with a campaign.

The Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich is one of the most renowned symphony orchestras in Europe. Due to the restoration of the time-honored Tonhalle hall, the orchestra is moving to Zurich West for three years at the end of September. A concert hall that meets the highest acoustic and aesthetic standards is currently being built in the former Maag EventHall.
The creative agency Ruf Lanz was hired to promote the new venue. Michaela Braun, Head of Marketing and Communication at the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich, comments: "Ruf Lanz already hit the right notes for our new concert format TOZ-Intermezzo in 2016. The pointed campaign drew the attention of a younger audience to us and also won us numerous awards" (Werbewoche.ch reported).
The campaign for the new venue in Zurich-West also stands out with its surprising approach to the subject. Under the motto "Classical listening pleasure new in the West", concertgoers are shown deeply immersed in the music, their ears already fully oriented towards the West.
The campaign will be used on the following platforms from May: Posters, advertisements, online banners, cinema slides, flyers and streetcar stickers.
