Ringier Romania and Ringier Axel Springer Media AG have launched a new digital media service for the urban and digitally connected target group ("Generation C") on the Romanian market. Noizz.ro reports in a modern and innovative way about all topics of interest to Generation C. After Poland, Serbia, Slovakia and Germany, Romania is already the fifth market where Noizz has been launched.

Noizz.ro informs about current trends, from fashion and lifestyle to street art and underground music to politics and society. The editorial team reports on events, urban nightlife, food, movies and music. Noizz.ro delivers journalistic content to the target group where they spend most of their time online, i.e. on their smartphones and in social media. The most important unique selling point of Noizz.ro on the Romanian market is the form of storytelling.

Hara Ilie, who was previously responsible for digital entertainment at Ringier Romania, heads the editorial team. The offering is to be supplemented by guest contributions from bloggers and influencers.

Jovan Protic, Digital Publishing Director of Ringier Axel Springer Media: "The current launch of Noizz.ro on the Romanian market as well represents another milestone in the creation of a pan-European brand for the connected Generation C. I am convinced that Noizz.ro will uniquely appeal to the interest of both users and advertisers thanks to the authenticity and creativity of its content."

Noizz.ro was launched in Romania as a cooperation between Ringier Romania and Ringier Axel Springer Media. Since November 2015, the Noizz brand has already been operating successfully in Poland, followed in 2016 by Serbia and Slovakia, and now reaches 7.5 million users every month. In January 2017, the portal also went online on the German market in cooperation with Europe's biggest daily newspaper Bild. (OTS)
