Jung von Matt/Limmat launches the "My Mail" campaign

Swiss Post is as unique as its customers themselves. With this core idea in mind, Jung von Matt/Limmat has launched a wide-ranging campaign for the company, which has been visible throughout Switzerland since the beginning of the week.

When it comes to personal mail, customers want maximum flexibility, accessibility, fulltime service and simplicity. Swiss Post is responding to this and is therefore constantly expanding its access options. Whether at My Post 24 machines at strategic hubs such as train stations, at tried-and-tested partner branches in bakeries or neighborhood stores, at other posting and pick-up points or via digital solutions: Swiss Post can be used in an increasingly individualized way, bringing it very close to the lives of its customers.

On this basis, Jung von Matt/Limmat has designed a new campaign that puts the Post customer at the center. The "Meine-Post" campaign uses small everyday stories to tell how people integrate their mail into their lives in a personal and simple way. For the first time, the company is changing the original Post logo and letting the names of the protagonists appear as the logo. This way, everyone gets their own individual mail.

The "My Post" concept is being consistently implemented both offline and online. From now on, customers will be able to personalize the Post website with their own name, send postcards with their name logo or even design their own postal parcel tape.

The first flight of the campaign has been launched and includes several moving image spots for TV and online, OOH subjects, online banners, a Website and dialog measures. As an entertainment tool, Swiss Post is now also using short commercials for digital media that look like GIF animations.

The campaign was launched with a teaser phase that again focused on the name logos. The most popular first names in Switzerland were placed on post-yellow surfaces and hung as poster subjects and e-boards throughout Switzerland.
