The New York agency Devito/Verdi designed personal ads for a furniture store. Some pretty risqué personal ads…
"Do you have problems with your wife? Then sleep with me..." or "I'm really into this group thing..." is how the ads from Devito/Verdi begin. What at first reads like very direct personal ads, and looks like one, turns out to be an advertisement for the furniture store Bernie & Phyl's as the text progresses. (nod)
