Determine your own future with the Future Finder
Jung von Matt, in collaboration with Swissmem, the Association of the Swiss Machinery, Electrical, and Metal Industry (MEM), has developed the career platform find-your-future.ch.
The portal brings young people, students or potential employees together with Swissmem members. At the same time, the platform aims to help retain employees in the industry and promote lifelong learning. The most important element of the portal is the "Future Finder" - a tool that acts as both a compass and a source of inspiration. In an interactive way, it helps users find the right training in the world of technology and plan their own careers. At the same time, it invites visitors to explore the diversity of the MEM industry. The Portal thus has the task of securing skilled workers at all levels and developing them further. The career platform describes all basic vocational training programs in the MEM industries as well as over 140 formal training and continuing education programs and links them to the various educational institutions. The "Future-Finder" tool is to grow and be expanded continuously.
