Swisscom continues to work intensively on improving the Swiss telecommunications infrastructure. This has now been taken as an opportunity to convince private individuals and SMEs who already purchase products or services from Swisscom but do not have a Swisscom Mobile subscription to switch. A perforated direct mailing was sent out. The holes in the paper made it difficult to read without interruption. The recipient's attention was thus drawn to the troublesome holes. The invitation to switch was reinforced by an attractive offer.
