Brack.ch goes into overtime
Brack.ch has extended its title sponsorship of the Brack.ch Challenge League. Swiss soccer's second-highest league will thus retain its main sponsor and namesake.

Three years after entering Swiss football, the company extends its contract as title sponsor of the Challenge League from the 2017/18 season.
Markus Mahler, CEO of Brack.ch, attributes the current particularly strong interest in the league not least to the online retailer's activation measures: "It is important to us that Switzerland's second-highest division continues to have its rightful presence in the future. With the contract extension, we have laid the foundation for a long-term and sustainable contribution to Swiss football."
Claudius Schäfer, CEO of the Swiss Football League, is delighted with the extension: "The title sponsor Brack.ch has achieved a great deal in the Challenge League over the past three seasons and helped to further professionalize it. The fact that this continuity in marketing is being continued makes us very happy and is a positive sign for Swiss football."
The extension of the contract with Brack.ch was brokered by the Swiss Football League's marketer, Infront Ringier. Gian Gilli, Managing Director Infront Ringier: "The partnership and its continuation is a success on various levels. On the one hand, it is impressive to see how Brack.ch as a sponsor activates the "Football" platform and uses it to significantly increase its own brand awareness. On the other hand, it represents a clear commitment to the further development of the sport of soccer in Switzerland."
This commitment is paying off, as the attractiveness of the Brack.ch Challenge League is steadily increasing, as evidenced not least by a sharp rise in spectator numbers during the current season. Brack.ch will continue to receive a comprehensive rights package in the future, which, in addition to the naming rights, includes the presence of the company logo on every player's jersey, a prominent presence on the boards in all Brack.ch Challenge League stadiums, and an extensive ticket contingent.
