Rebranding for educational publisher
Process is responsible for the rebranding of Lehrmittelverlag Zürich (LMVZ). The umbrella brand strategy, developed collaboratively, supports the desired image transformation and increases visibility.

The collaboration between Lehrmittelverlag Zürich (LMVZ) and Process started at the beginning of 2016. The new brand celebrated its premiere at the Swiss Education Days - Switzerland's most important education fair - in Bern from November 8-10.
The Lehrmittelverlag Zürich (LMVZ) was founded by the canton of Zurich in 1851. This made it possible to produce the canton's teaching materials uniformly and more cheaply. Today, LMVZ is one of the leading publishers of educational media in German-speaking Switzerland. The company employs 38 people, distributes a range of around 2,700 articles and has won numerous international awards for its high-quality and innovative educational products.
The market environment has also become more competitive for educational media. As part of the strategic realignment - in the medium term, the publishing house is to be run as a public limited company - the LMVZ must and wants to act more actively and in a more needs-oriented manner. The LMVZ has recognized that a differentiating brand positioning, a strong brand identity and a clear, comprehensible product architecture are the keys to success in this regard.
The umbrella brand strategy developed together with Process supports the image transfer and the desired greater visibility. The new LMVZ brand is friendly and future-oriented. It has potential to inspire learning and set standards in the industry. The LMVZ is now also (re)recognizable on products and in communication. Stefanie Kerber, Head of Marketing and Communication LMVZ, is satisfied with the result: "The Process team understood our specific environment and the complex issues and provided us with thought-provoking ideas and solutions, which we used to jointly develop the new brand."
