INM and Plan.Net Suisse merge
Plan.Net Suisse and the Swiss internet marketing agency INM will be joining forces going forward. The merger of the two digital agencies will take effect on January 1, 2017. Philipp Sauber, currently the owner of INM, will serve as managing director and partner of the new agency.

The agency resulting from the merger of the two digital agencies will be called Plan.Net Suisse and will employ around 50 people in the areas of consulting/project management, creation, strategy, development, digital marketing and media. It will now offer a comprehensive range of digital services under one roof. This is intended to create active agents in digital marketing.
For the agencies involved, the merger means optimal mutual complementation: INM, as a pioneer of Internet marketing with over 20 years of existence and its own development department, brings a corresponding customer base in addition to expertise in the development of digital products and platforms. Plan.Net Suisse completes the offering with a proven campaigning and media team. No jobs will be cut. The agency will be based in the new House of Communication of the Serviceplan Group Switzerland, which will be moved into in November of this year at a central location in Zurich's Seefeld district. The "new" agency will be managed by the current INM owner Philipp Sauber, who will also be Chairman of the Board of Directors. The name "INM" will not be continued.
"For my well-established team and me, the merger with Plan.Net Suisse is a great opportunity and the logical step towards a sustainable future in the Swiss agency business. We will not only be able to work closely with the top communications agency Serviceplan, which is also based in the Haus der Kommunikation, but also with our international Plan.Net colleagues. As a Swiss company, we and our customers will benefit enormously from the approximately 840 digital specialists, as developments and trends from other countries can be picked up and implemented immediately," says Philipp Sauber. "Another important reason for the decision was that the agency is owner-managed and will remain so. This agency model is dynamic, in line with the spirit of the times and has great potential for development," says Sauber.
Serviceplan Group Switzerland is also looking forward to the joint future. Christian Baertschi, CEO and Partner: "It is our ambition to offer our clients the entire range of digital services in-house at an absolute top level. The merger will create an ambitious agency that will be a very attractive proposition in the market in terms of content and personnel. I am particularly looking forward to working with Philipp Sauber, whom I know as a very successful entrepreneur with doer qualities. Philipp also brings with him a well-coordinated team of excellently qualified people who will further enrich our house of communication."
