NZZ Campus is discontinued
The NZZ's student magazine will be published for the last time in November.

NZZ Campus is now published only once. The NZZ now wants to address students via events and its core products.
On November 23, the last issue of the print magazine for students NZZ Campus will be published. Users of the associated website will be redirected to NZZ.ch from January. "The magazine did not have the desired success in the advertising market. In addition, the transfer of NZZ Campus to Neue Zürcher Zeitung and NZZ am Sonntag fell short of expectations. To introduce students and young readers to our core journalistic products, we have to develop other formats," explains NZZ Managing Director Steven Neubauer.
The NZZ is currently planning new offerings in the area of events, for example, in order to bring its content to life at universities. Peer Teuwsen, Head of Journalistic Projects NZZ: "We see the greatest potential in direct exchange with students." In addition to these events, the NZZ is expanding its coverage of educational topics in the Neue Zürcher Zeitung and on NZZ.ch.
According to the press release, NZZ is looking for follow-up solutions for the two NZZ Campus employees. It is offering subscribers and advertising customers attractive alternative options.
In spring 2016, the magazine underwent a comprehensive relauch (Werbewoche.ch reported). The title celebrated its 10th anniversary in September. (hae/pd)
