Goldbach: Ursina Maurer succeeds Vera Tschan
Ursina Maurer has been appointed head of cross-group communications at the Goldbach Group. She also serves as the point person for communications at Goldbach Audience, Goldbach Digital Services, and Swiss Radioworld.
Ursina Maurer has many years of experience in the media and communications business. Most recently, she worked as an editor at Werbewoche. Before that, she worked for several years as an online editor at Werbewoche and as a freelance journalist at Tages-Anzeiger. Ursina Maurer studied German, Philosophy and European Popular Literature at the University of Zurich and will soon complete the CAS Corporate Communication continuing education course at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft in Zurich (HWZ).
"Goldbach offers me the optimal opportunity to apply my professional and academic expertise in a new environment. I am very much looking forward to the exciting task and the new challenges," Maurer said in a statement.
Maurer takes over from Vera Tschan, who is now fully dedicated to her communications studies at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). Vera Tschan has worked at Goldbach for over four years, starting in summer 2014 as Marketing and Communication Manager. Since the beginning of 2016, she has been responsible for the technical implementation of Group Communications as Team Leader Communications.
