Serviceplan expands management team
In addition to Christian Baertschi and Pam Hügli, Angela Ritter, as CFO, and Raul Serrat, as ECD, are joining the executive board of Serviceplan Suisse.
The Zurich agency has adjusted its organization. In addition to the two previous managing directors, Raul Serrat and Angela Ritter are now also jointly responsible for managing the agency.
Raul Serrat has been Executive Creative Director (ECD) at Serviceplan Suisse for two years and is delighted with his new role: "The agency has grown considerably since I joined two years ago. I am delighted to be responsible for the further expansion of the agency together with my colleagues on the management team." Angela Ritter has been responsible for the finances of the Swiss Serviceplan Group for almost three years.
Pam Hügli is delighted with the newly formed committee. "The four of us complement each other perfectly and value efficient structures. The areas of responsibility are now clearly defined and this enables us to respond even more closely to the needs of our customers."
Christian Sommer, who previously also worked as ECD for Serviceplan Suisse, has left the agency to take on new responsibilities within the international Serviceplan Group.
