CEO Eric Tveter in UPC Cablecom's new TV commercial
Eric Tveter, CEO of UPC Cablecom and UPC Austria, appears in UPC Cablecom's new TV commercial. This marks his third appearance in one of the company's advertising campaigns.
The TV commercial is about the company's very good customer satisfaction. Customers have consistently rated upc cablecom with more than eight out of ten possible points in customer satisfaction for more than two years, giving it the best scores even in comparison with other Swiss telecommunications companies. However, Tveter does not want to be satisfied with this. His intention to further increase this score in the future also comes up in the commercial. The American appears in the spot alongside Stéphanie Berger, the company's brand ambassador. This results in an amusing misunderstanding. The spot was shot by Manifesto, and the concept was penned by the advertising agency Scholz & Friends Switzerland. It can be seen on Sat.1, RTL and Tele Züri, among others.
